Pantry makeover

SeekingSimple Digital Pantry Makeover offers a coach-led experience, and I was tasked with transforming that existing model into a more intuitive, self-directed user flow. My goal was to enhance user engagement and streamline the overall experience, allowing users to navigate the platform with ease.

Who's working
2024 QuickBooks Time, Intuit
The Who's Working widget provides employers with real-time visibility of employees clocked in at each job. However, 66% of QuickBooks Time's MM customers operate lower resolution screens, rendering the Who's Working window ineffective. In response, we optimized the workflow by reformulating the 'Who's Working' list, resulting in a remarkable 50% increase in user confidence.

During the migration of the legacy QuickBooks Time product (TSheets) into QuickBooks Online, customers expressed concerns about significant changes occurring without sufficient guidance. In response, the Change Management project was launched to support customers through the transition. This initiative built customer confidence and resulted in a 32% increase in product adoption.
Billable Rate
2023 QuickBooks Time, Intuit
While moving QuickBooks Time into QuickBooks Online, we noticed there were some gaps between QuickBooks Time and the legacy time tracking option for QuickBooks Online. One of these gaps is the billable rate field functionality; in this project we implemented the saved rates and improved the logic.


Manage Clients winc
2021 QuickBooks Time, Intuit
Once QuickBooks Time migrated to One Intuit Billing, its PRO Program could have both clients that are directly-billed and clients that are wholesale-billed all in one place. After talking to customers and testing different versions, I enhanced the Manage Clients winc for our accounting firms (PROs). I worked with a team of developers alongside our product manager to publish the changes, ensuring the updated designs were accessible and the guidelines were clearly laid out for a smooth developer handoff.
Cancel Offer
2019 TSheets, Intuit
One of my first projects on the team was to create two modals in the self-cancel flow. The marketing team ran an A/B test to see which offer prevented the most churn.

For this project, I worked with our marketing team and content designer to make sure the right copy was chosen for the offers. I worked with a visual design partner to select the illustrations, and ensure the modals matched the design system to spec.
